One of the founders of Rare & Dear, Susan Stayton has more than 30 years' experience in the computer industry, including management consulting, database and application design, decision support system design, application development, customer support and hardware design.
Susan has experience working with Oracle's development tools, Designer and Forms Developer, as well as other common industry tools. She has applied her expertise to assist businesses and organizations in a variety of industries, including banking, real estate, military, high-tech manufacturing, utilities, government, education, health care and aerospace.
Susan shares her knowledge as a guest lecturer at the university level and has taught computer design, programming, software support and application user training. She also is a regular presenter at technical conferences.
Susan's technical experience includes: IBM, Motorola, Associate Professor at California State University. She has a master's degree in electrical engineering from Arizona State University, graduating summa cum laude.
