Ned's innate ability to hold and understand a tremendous amount of detail enables him to develop creative, unusual solutions to complex problems through a deep, intuitive understanding of computer hardware, software and Oracle application development. He leads his performance team to new heights as they take on the toughest problems, enabling the companies they help to solve their high-performance database systems issues.
After working 25 years in software development, out of Ned's inventive mind flows innovative programming that allows him to implement the most complex logic with elegant, easy-to-understand code.
Ned brings 19 years' Oracle experience to the team. As the 17th employee to be hired by Oracle, Ned was one of the three original developers of the Oracle database kernel and early versions of Oracle applications tools from 1981 to 1986. He has worked with the technology and products ever since.
One of the founders of Rare & Dear, Ned's rare talent, coupled with his extensive relational database and system integration expertise, is sought after globally.
