Mary Jane Carreon Salacup as Technical Associate

Rare & Dear, Inc. has
named Mary Jane Carreon Salacup as technical associate. Salacup, whose responsibilities include
technical trouble shooting, maintaining laptops, desktops, and user security also reviews and
recommends software and hardware for the consultant team. She provides technical support and
training for staff, documents technical procedures, and resolves and supports infrastructure
issues and concerns.
Salacup, has a bachelor of science degree in computer engineering from Adamson University and
an associate of arts degree in electrical technology from Kauai Community College (KCC). While
at KCC, Salacup was a member of Phi Theta Kappa and received the Richard Kawakami Award for
academic achievement.
Prior to coming to Rare & Dear, Salacup monitored extensive performance tests for NASA with the
Path Finder team at KCC. She has experience as an integrated circuit layout engineer and as
technical support and layout graphic artist.
