Oracle software consulting and creation business based in Numila is number 12 on the list with 209% growth in business. The company was number one on the list in 1998 with 1032% growth. Cathy Zadel's Classic Aloha Vacations ranked number 24 with a growth rate of 125%. Zadel is based on the North Shore. Paradise Sportswear Inc. of Kalaheo, run by company president Robert Hedin, ranked number 36. The company manufactures the popular Red Dirt Shirt line and was ranked number 18 in 1998. The company's business increased 81% in 1998. Robert and Valerie Rekward's Koloa-based Graphic Communication entered the list for the first time at number 39 and saw a 78% boost in business in 1998. PBN named Sign Art to the list for the first time. Owner Laraine Moriguchi saw a 71% boost in business in 1998. The company is based in Lihue and offers sign design, fabrication and installation. |
